Production times
Our products are handmade and are made to order. They are not stock items! That is why we need a little more time than usual. You can find the production times on the respective product page and in the shipping information below.
If it needs to be faster, we offer an optional priority production service (surcharge): Your order is removed from the usual production processes and processed as a priority.
→ All stated delivery times are estimates. In individual cases, delays may occur over which we have no control.
Shipping methods & delivery times
→ Parcel shipments (up to 80 cm in length):

We do not deliver to parcel lockers or post offices.
Notice - Delivery of freight shipments (GO! Express)
Delivery times
Freight shipments are sent by GO! Express - as overnight. This means that once the goods leave our premises, they will already be with you the following morning. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. Shortly after receiving your order, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date. This allows you to plan for the delivery as effectively as possible. On the shipping day, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Preferred delivery dates
Unfortunately, for logistical and organizational reasons, we cannot offer the scheduling of preferred delivery dates.
First delivery attempt unsuccessful?
No problem! If the first delivery attempt fails - for example, because no one was at home or problems occurred during delivery (which can unfortunately happen occasionally) - we will then send you the contact details of the responsible GO! station.
Please arrange a new delivery appointment directly with GO! You can also use this option to quickly resolve any issues regarding the delivery, if necessary.
After the first delivery attempt, you can also grant GO! an authorization to leave the parcel. Please note that we must approve this authorization to leave the parcel for insurance reasons.
If all delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us - as is customary - 7 working days after the first delivery attempt. A completely new shipment will incur additional costs, which vary between 40.00 euros and 190.00 euros depending on the size of the goods and the country of delivery and must be borne by the buyer.

Delivery is made under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Our prices therefore do not include customs duties, import charges or foreign taxes that may be incurred when delivering to a non-EU country. These costs must be paid directly by the customer to the responsible customs or tax authorities there or to the logistics company. We recommend that our customers enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing their order.

MeinEinkauf.ch pays the Swiss VAT, takes care of customs and customs clearance fees, and sends the parcel to your personal address in Switzerland.
Please note that for a girth of 400 cm ((height + width) x 2 + longest side), you must submit a special request to MeinEinkauf. For logistical reasons, we ship canvas and accessories separately; here too, it must be clarified whether additional costs will be incurred by MeinEinkauf - perhaps ordering directly will ultimately be cheaper?
