Push Pin Map LITE
Life can be so beautifully simple with our LITE solution: The robust gallery canvas from SIHL® weighs a proud 390 g/m² and is made of 100% cotton. The particularly tight tension of the canvas on the solid wood stretcher frame ensures overall good stability. The interplay of high-quality canvas and tight tension guarantees easy and reliable pinning: When inserting the pins, they may wobble briefly, but then they stay firmly in the canvas and do not fall out!
And yet another advantage of our cotton canvas is: Unlike a polyester canvas, hardly any holes are left when you remove pins again! Just like with a piece of clothing, the cotton fibers open up when pierced – and close almost completely again as soon as you pull the pin out.

Push Pin Map PLUS – the upgrade to perfect pinning
With the Push Pin Map PLUS, we additionally insert a 10 mm thick lightweight board from KAPA® at the back of the canvas frame. The decisive advantage: KAPA® is better than cork! It is more shatterproof, featherlight – and holds pins perfectly tight. This makes pinning truly enjoyable!

All map formats contain the same number of locations / the same level of detail. Differences only exist in font sizes and proportions (small Size with 6pt).
Recommended sizes:
140 cm and 160 cm – here all elements appear very harmonious and texts are perfectly readable.
All product images show the card width 140 cm.
- Canvas: 390 g/m² heavy gallery canvas made of 100% cotton from SIHL® – with pronounced texture and matte coating (no polyester mix)
- Stretcher frame: FSC-certified solid wood, including wedges for re-tensioning the canvas – for a lasting tension of the canvas.
- Back panel (only with PLUS): 10 mm KAPA® lightweight board – more stable and lighter than cork for maximum pin hold.
- Eco-friendly Inks: Water-based pigment ink, UV-resistant – odorless and suitable for children's rooms.
- Optimal Readability: Ultra-sharp fine art print at 2,400 dpi resolution
- Shockproof packaging, fully recyclable
With Push Pin Map LITE: Some frame sizes have a construction feature with an additional middle brace behind the canvas; a bit more force is needed when pinning here.
The Push Pin Map is delivered fully assembled.
The canvas is made of 100% cotton, printed with environmentally friendly water-based ink, and is 100% a natural product. Therefore, we recommend:
- Do not hang the Push Pin Map directly next to windows that can be opened. The material reacts to strong temperature fluctuations and especially to moisture.
- Do not touch the Push Pin Map with heavily greasy fingers. In particular, dark colors are sensitive when you rub your hand over the printed fabric.
- Please carefully lift the Push Pin Map out of the packaging and ensure that the edges do not scrape along the cardboard. This can lead to paint chipping in the worst case.
- The cleaning is done with a soft, dry cloth.
- "If the canvas loses tension over time, it can be easily re-tensioned to full tautness thanks to the wedges inserted at the back of the wooden frame (stretcher frame)."
